Current Diaper Count!!

We are 3 weeks away from my due date and we've increased our number of diapers!! The current cloth diaper count is at 11 with 9 more arriving this week!! Our inventory is as follows:
3 Small Happy Heiney's
3 One Size Mommy's Touch
3 One Size Haute Pockets
11 One Size Bum Genius 3.0's

We have a bunch of inserts too, mainly they're microfiber inserts that are contoured to fit the diapers. Many of the diapers that I have ordered have come with 2 inserts, a newborn and regular sized! One website even offered free shipping, plus free inserts, plus the package arrived within 3 days of ordering it!

I've washed all of the diapers and my husband and I have practiced diapering random stuffed animals. The current concern is whether or not the baby will be able to undo his own diaper at some point. The velcro closures seem to be rather easy to undo and the snap ones are harder to put on and pull off! We'll keep you posted. (the cow print is by Happy Heiney's and the bear is modeling the one size Haute Pockets with snaps)

One of my student's parents asked me about cloth and I gave her my basic rundown. It made me think about what I really liked and disliked about the brands thus far. I think my biggest complaint is the pocket diapers that have two openings! One on the front and back for the inserts. I can only imagine the messes that may happen.

I am also looking for a one size diaper wrap, I received a fleece diaper (which is so soft) and unfortunately it does not have a waterproof outer layer, thus the need for a wrap of some sort.
