Rockin' Green has taught me quite a bit over the past few months.
1. I have moderately soft water with 3 gpg (grains per gallon). Or 50mL of hardness
2. The local water dept is unsure why my shower head gets calcium (or some sort of white) build up
3. The detergent I was using, Hard Rock, is not made for my water and will not work well for me.
4. My poor baby got 'owies' on his privates due to a build up of said detergent on my diapers
5. With the use of only 1 Tbs (I was using 3) my diapers get equally (and better) clean
Rockin' Green's founder has invested, what I feel like is, a lot of time into my case. She quickly responded back to my inquiries and offered suggestions. She sent me a tester for a new product coming out in November called Funk Rock. I felt it worked quite well especially when used in conjunction with Hard Rock.
She also sent me a 2nd sample of said product (because the first one was amazing) and she said she'd send me a sample of the new Classic Rock!! Hurrah!
In the mean time I've been using 1 Tbs of Planet in my laundry and doing double and triple rinsing trying to get rid of any leftover residue. We're working hard on maintaining a clean and healthy diaper!
