We had to try out our laundry stain remover products this weekend. Little man woke up at 1AM with a bloody nose (poor baby) and blood was everywhere, his clothes, my clothes, the sheets, the mattress pad, his manatee, and the changing table cover. My husband wisely chose our Biokleen Bac-Out. I bought it a year ago at Whole Foods as a helper for the cloth diaper stains. I rarely use it on the diapers, but I use it frequently on our clothing. The blood stains came out of everything. You cannot even tell which sheets he bled on!! I love Biokleen. I really don't love nose bleeds.
In cloth diapering news, I got 3 new diapers in my fluffy mail this week. They're called Smartipants. I like their price (3 for $39), the fact that the insert comes out in the wash, and the colors. I don't like the feeling of the material against his skin. It feels a little rough to me after one wash. I will keep you posted on how I feel once we test them out.
I also bought a $2 fleece blanket and made liners for my diapers out of it. I think I got 13 liners out of the blanket and a couple of wipes!!
