Traveling with cloth

It is so easy to travel with cloth. Although some would say I am not truly traveling with cloth because I am using g-diaper/gro-baby biodegradable diapers inside my shells (outer diaper) rather than the true micro-fiber inserts. My reasons for this are due to ease and stink factor.

We took a ton (maybe 12) outer shells on vacation with us to DC, Florida, and Baltimore, we also took 32 g-diapers, 5 gro-baby biodegradable inserts, and a couple 7th Generation regular diapers that little man is ready to grow out of. We probably could have brought less shells and more inserts, however, we didn't run out of anything and that is good for me. My big concern was stinky shells and although we had a couple of close calls, we were able to do the laundry everywhere we went and the amount of dirty shells was kept to a minimum. I think we drove home with the most dirties of the week (4).

While in Baltimore we went to a diaper shop that was quite cute. They offered many different diapers and accessories. We went because I wanted to try Rockin' Green (in case you're wondering I chose Mango Sorbet) and not pay to ship it to my house. We ended up buying the soap and a FuzziBunz large diaper. The shop also gave us a really nice reusable bag and several trail sizes of different bottom cremes for the little man
