Day 5: bright

Let's take another trip to the one flourishing garden near my house. These beauties grow near my zinnea tree (it is no longer a plant or a bush...it's huge, my neighbor dubbed it a tree). I have no idea what these particular plants are... I planted them this spring and know that they are annuals. (and they're pretty) I planted these in orange and in red. Apparently, I don't feel the need to read the little stick these plants come with because I planted them too close together. Thus the look of a ton of them in itty-bitty space Unfortunately the reds did not fare well. Especially the one near my zinneas.
