Pretty easy to make. Mix dry ingredients than wet in your cup. Put in the micro and then enjoy. I obviously made it in a bowl, I also doubled the recipe so that hubby could enjoy too.
Not super tasty, but with some extras it hit the spot.

Pinterest project: microwave cake
I'm usually not a microwave cooker however I wanted a sugary snack ( familiar tune in my story, eh?). Thus the cake in a cup recipe. Easy to make needed almost two minutes in the microwave.
