What can you eat?

For all of you with questions about what I can and cannot eat, here is a list
*Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal
* Oat Milk/ Hazelnut Milk (Rice Milk--if I enjoyed it)
* Orange Juice
* Most drinks are OK--unfortunately having cream in my coffee is not
* Fruits and Vegetables
* Meat/Poultry/Seafood--- all cooked without butter
* Coconut Milk products
*Rice
* No Pudge Brownies (made with applesauce)!!
* Most Pastas
* Some Duncan Hines products--- you have to make it without butter and icing...
* eggs
*all natural peanut butter
* mayo and most common condiments
* some non creamy salad dressings
*hummus
* salsa
* natural chips
* pretzels
* Swanson's Natural Goodness Chicken Broth
* oatmeal (not flavored)
* non-instant hot cocoa
* unbuttered popcorn (usually)
* most all natural fruit strips (target has a delicious brand)
* nuts
* some crackers like Triskets
* guacamole
* sorbet or sorbetto
* some Popsicles
* some tomato sauces
* most canned vegetables
* frozen veggies
* some frozen french fries
* Fluff
* Rice Cakes
* No dark brown condiments (ie Worcestershire Sauce, Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce)
* Most teas (some herbal teas have some soy in them)
* Rice Krispie Treats
* Most all grain cereal-- again you just need to check out the ingredients
* Olive oil, grapeseed oil, canola oil, etc
* Some Pieta Bread and Wraps (depends on the brand)

The jury is still out with soybean oil and soy lecithin-- I guess because they're fats they do not contain proteins... I am unsure. I will keep you posted.

As you can see it's a tough road and requires a lot of reading in the grocery store. Also, since 2006 companies are required to accurately label all of their products. Thus, if you look at the ingredients on the side of a package you'll see common allergens highlighted or listed below. Companies also have to mention if the food was processed at a plant that processes allergens. If that was the case, I cannot partake.

Whew. I washed diapers yesterday and noticed that some of the dirtier ones really need a good scrubbing and then some time in the sun to bleach out again. It's high time I start using liners.
