I know what it is!! It is a pattypan squash. I would like to thank Rachael Ray for having a recipe in a magazine that used pattypan squash and I would also like to thank google images for having some great pattypan squash pictures to compare mine too. In case you are wondering I sauteed the squash (with other squash) mixed in some lemon juice and pasta with freshly cut up mint. Yummy!!!
