Yummy Truffles

I was bored and in need of a chocolate fix. I stumbled upon a delectable looking recipe (yes I read a recipe by its picture) and decided that it did not look complicated. The recipe called for 3 ingredients: baker's chocolate, Oreo's, and cream cheese.

Little man took it upon himself to crush the Oreo's with the use of a rolling pin and his feet (the Oreo's were in a plastic bag). I did the mixing and rolling of the treats. And this picture does not do justice to the taste. These had to be some of the best truffles EVER. One of Kevin's co-workers went as far as to suggest that I if I got tired of my job I should seriously consider opening a sweet shop.
