Wine making week 3

When making wine the quick way (ie 8 weeks).  Every two weeks you go in to do something to your batch.  The first week we added yeast and oak. The second visit we transferred it to another bottle.  The third visit we had to take a drill to our wine.  Some of us were a little more forceful with the drill and caused big bubbles.  Big bubbles are not good.  Little bubbles are what
you want.   The little bubbles are the left over yeast.   Big bubbles adds too much air to the wine.   The owner of the shop said you cannot over drill the wine.  But apparently we were not drilling the right way.  Oh well.  We managed to contain the bubbles and put the wine away for two more weeks.   Almost time to bottle!

Our homework was to determine our wine name and our label design.  We found one we really liked....it had a hand reaching for a glass (cartoony).  Stay tuned to hear the rest.
