Day 27: tap

Tap is the name of this wonderful company, well, family that makes delicious maple syrup. This is the real deal, they have acres of trees that they tap every spring and make syrup. Each bottle you buy has a number on it and the number tells you when your syrup was bottled. We have 10/11 and 18. All we have to say is if you are ever in Maine visit Taps. They are friendly, knowledgable, serve great creemies and syrup!
