Pintrest project: coconut bread

I was in the mood for some bread.   I wasn't sure what kind I wanted ,just something quick and painless (ie no rising time, no difficult ingredients).   I found this recipe for coconut bread.   The bread seemed to be a little dry, however topped with homemade strawberry puree...yum.   Tastes best warm.    Note the thickness of the mixed bread....crazy what coconut flour does, eh?
