Pinterest project: baking gluten free rolls

These rolls were one of my first attempts at baking gluten free rolls. They were super tasty. I learned that when baking bread do not expect gluten free to look the same as regular dough (ie forms a dough ball) when it is ready to go in the oven. It will be more like pancake batter (although the picture makes it look different than what it looked like in real life).     If you add more flour it will be super dense and you'll feel like you are eating a bread brick.    Many who tried these rolls were surprised by their smooth texture and yummy taste....they didn't even notice the missing gluten.  :)
